Our standard fee includes:

• Hard drive reformat and operating system reinstallation (typically Windows).
• Our standard software suite, including the Ubuntu operating system, Lastpass, and Google products like Chrome, Gmail, and Google Documents.
• Hard drive image.
• Pickup and delivery.

For more information about Ubuntu, please visit their website: http://www.ubuntu.com/ubuntu.  Just to be clear: "dual-boot" means that we can put both Windows and Ubuntu on your computer.  One does not affect the other, and you'll have the option to start and load the Ubuntu operating system when you power up your computer.  If you do nothing else after pressing the power button on your laptop or desktop, then Windows will load, and your computer will operate as it normally would.      

We receive no commissions, kickbacks, or referral fees for the products which we recommend, all of which we use.  We pay for the paid products and services which we recommend, and we do not accept review editions from vendors.  We do not hold equity positions in any tech sector firm.
